We process your orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make any adjustments or cancellations, please send us an email at miahluxe@gmail.com right away. Please note that sending an email does not mean that your order adjustments or cancellation is guaranteed to be processed.

We will contact you as soon as we receive your email to confirm if we can accommodate your request. Unfortunately, orders that have been shipped, cannot be cancelled.

We are confident that our size chart will help you find the right size for you. If it turns out that your ring doesn't fit, in this case you can request to return the item. We will then issue a refund and you can place a new order with the correct sizing.

Orders are processed in CAD. This can be changed by selecting your currency at the bottom left corner of the website.

Stainless Steel and Resin.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after orders have been received. Please note that Express orders are prioritized and shipped within 1 business day.

We are located in Brampton, Canada. All orders are shipped by us from our warehouse in Brampton.

We currently do not allow pick ups at the moment. The only option available is by delivery.

Yes we do! We offer free shipping on all orders above $65 CAD. Standard orders within Canada will not pay duties. International orders are subject to import duty taxes and handling fees, which we are not responsible for.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package. Please allow a few days for your tracking number to start working. You can also check our 'Track Your Order' page by simply clicking the link and enter your tracking number to view updates.
